Facility Use Rental Process:

If you wish to use the district’s facilities:

Via the Internet (Preferred Method):

• Go to the below link below.  
• For first time users, click “Become a requester”, otherwise login and submit your request.

•  Fill out and submit your request.
•  Email or call if you have any issues or questions pertaining to the online process.

Via Paper:

•  Review and complete the Facility Use Policy and Agreement form, linked below.
   
  • Facility Usage Policy (KG)
  • Facility Usage Contract (KG-AR(1))
  • Facility Usage Agreement
    
    
•  Return the Agreement form along with proof of insurance and possible fees,
  • A refundable $50 key deposit, may be charged as well
•  Mail/email above information/fees to:
