SPECIAL BOARD MEETING NOTICE
The Coos Bay School District Board of Directors will hold a special meeting at 5:30pm at the Milner Crest Education Center, 1255 Hemlock Ave, Coos Bay Oregon on September 6, 2019. EXECUTIVE SESSION* NOTICE
The Coos Bay School District Board of Directors will hold an executive session during the special meeting at 5:30pm at the Milner Crest Education Center, 1255 Hemlock Ave, Coos Bay Oregon on September 6, 2019
to consider records expempt by law from public inspection (per ORS 192.660(2)(f),
to consult with counsel concerning the legal rights and duties of the public body with regards to current litigation or litigation likely to be filed (per ORS 192.660(2)(h),
and to conduct deliberations with person designated by the governing body to carry on labor negotiations (per ORS 192.660(2)(d).
*No decision may be made in executive session, except for a student expulsion.
