Free Flu Shots for students provided by the CBSD in coordination with the Waterfall community health center and Families fighting Flu. Vaccinations will be administered at the school your student attends, in the Waterfall Community Health Center's Mobile Health Bus. If you haven't submitted a consent form, they will be available during the clinic.
