The agenda and packet will be posted here the Friday before the meeting. 

Beginning at 5:30pm, the board of directors will meet in executive session (closed to public) in order to review and evaluate the performance of the superintendent or any other public officer, employee or staff member, unless that person requests an open hearing. (ORS 192.660(2)(i)) 

The public portion of the meeting is scheduled to begin at 6:00pm.
