Coos County currently has 54.9 % of those who are 16 and older vaccinated. You can view the newest vaccine data HERE.

Need a replacement vaccine card or an alternative proof of vaccination? Try one of these options:
o Contact the place that you were vaccinated
o Print a copy of your vaccine record from your healthcare record on your providers website
o Call 211 to request a copy of your immunization records from Oregon’s ALERT IIS registry
o Ask your provider to print out a copy of your immunization records

Recently, OHA Director Pat Allen pointed out that COVID-19 is still a threat to those who are not
vaccinated.

“There isn’t one pandemic in Oregon,” said Director Allen. “There are two: One is a pandemic that is dying
out among people who are vaccinated. And the other is a pandemic that is raging as fiercely as ever
among people who are unvaccinated.”

Data captured between March 1 and May 31 of this year shows that 98% of COVID-19 cases and 94% of
COVID-19 associated deaths were among people who are not fully vaccinated.
