Facilities Planning Committee

The Facilities Planning Committee is a committee that reports to the Board. The committee is composed of three Board members with the purpose of fact finding, deliberation, and advisory with reports being made to the Board for discussion and action as they related to Facilities and planning.

 

The Facilities Planning Committee is subject to the Public Meetings Law (ORS 192.610-192.710). Public meetings will be noticed under Coos Bay School District Meetings at least 24 hours in advance and via e-mail distribution list. To be added to the Public Meeting Notification email list, please e-mail the Board Secretary at [email protected] with the subject "Public Meeting Notification Request"

 

The public is welcome to attend all meetings. 

 

The Board Chair and superintendent of schools are ex officio members of the Facilities Planning Committee
