FIRST STUDENT
SNOW/ICE ROUTES
2023-2024

In the event of Snow/Ice there will be areas that our buses will not be able to safely travel on.  They are listed below by Route #.  The stops highlighted in red will be where those students can access transportation on those days:

  • We will not go into Green acres (HWY 42) – pull out at top of Green Acres and Hwy 42. 6:45

  • No Steinsmith Rd. Foxtrot. 6:50

  • Flanagan Rd, Bay Park -Lighthouse School.

     

    RT 23-6:30 RT17-7:30  ​​​​​​​

  • Isthmus Heights, Isthmus Cut Off and Olive Barber/Isthmus cut off 6:30 corner of Olive Barber/ Ross Inlet 7:15 and Olive Barber/Old Wagon. 7:10

  • Pennsylvania, California – SW Blvd & Pennsylvania/California. ​​​​​​​

    Rt52,39- Pennsylvania 7:05 California 7:07

    Rt39- California 7:15 Pennsylvania 7:16  ​​​​​​​

  • Seven Devils Rd. – Chucks Seafood. 

    ​​​​​​​Rt.25-7:15

    Rt.29- 6:50

  • Radar, Prefontaine, Inlet Loop will meet at Ocean & Radar (by coffee shop).  Rt.40-7:12 Rt.20-7:20

     Kentucky, and Fulton and Blanco - Will meet at bottom of Rd. on Morrison   Rt.40-7:10     Rt.20- 7:05 

    RT40-AAA/Ocean 7:20

    RT2. AAA/Ocean   7:15

  • Bus 32 will not run-on snow route days. 

    Students will meet bus 44 at HWY 241- Old Rooke- Higgins Campground (pullout) at- 7:00 Bus 44 will get students on East Bay Rd. 7:10 and lower 241 7:15 Please note, 32 will run on 2-hour delay days if able.

  • Blue Ridge, Stock Slough – Intersection of Stock Slough & Catching Slough. -6:40 Will pick up 42’s students for Coos Sumner Lane & Sealander Intersection Sealander & S. Sumner 6:55 ​​​​​​​

  • Will pick up all Old Wagon students at intersection of Old Wagon and Ross Inlet 6:30

  • Will pick up E, F, and H Streets – 7th and F St.-7:15 7th and E St.- 7:16 Rt.21 Will pick up 16th St & Evergreen on 16th St & Coos River HWY. 7:15
